Morning After

Story So Far

It was a quiet Sabbath morning, the soon Mother-of-the-Bride had to get up early. All things were packed though for a beautiful long week-end to spend with a daughter, the bride-to-be.

As usual, my ritual is to embrace light from my kitchen window where the sink is facing the north-eastern sky partly covered by a high brick wall at the back and the skyview partly impeded by few bare trees.

I took these pictures under the obliging obedience from Eric in sequence of time of the day. You will work it out yourself when they were taken.

Happy SWF to all! Gee, how time flies!

Which Way Now? No. 1

My Number 1 Entry to
This Way Thurs-Way
is a new feeder Way to the Meme world in blogsville hosted today by:
Pacey

Please click the picture above to visit the main link so we can all keep going. Watch out for the hole!

"Now, I am really lost. I am confused why they are going the other way when the bread are just here? Not sure if they need my help or are they scared of my long crooked beak? What you reckon Mate?", that strange bird groans.

My next door neighbour scattered these pieces of bread in her front yard. I quickly took Eric and fortunately, the picture came out not too bad at all!

Watery Harbour and the Quay on Wedding Day

Watery Wednesday #6

Sorry Folks. After a very long absence, here I come! Please come with me under this famous bridge and be swept off your feet to the symphonic view of our equally famous Opera House. Great viewing here and photo taking as well. Now let's surf the watery blogworld here. Great concept by 2Sweetandsaxy.

Under our famous Sydney Harbour Bridge

This rings familiar? Yes, Sydney Opera House is as famous as the Harbour Bridge

Both places above are part of the Post Wedding Tour as posted in my Main Blog.

A New Morning in My Life

Skywatch Friday #10
From Dot to Tom over to Host Klaus with Sandy, Ivar, Wren, Fishing Guy and ...Louise. SkyWatch Friday continues to create a huge sensational Phenomenon in the Meme World. Please keep Skywatching every Friday....the Sky is just above you. Look UP!

I don't know what I am feeling ... I just found myself totally submerged in my own thought ...being in an empty nest. However, when I woke up these heavenly scenes were what have greeted me starting from my kitchen window. The morning winter chills went far away and still donned in my pajamas, I went outside to really savor my eyes the beautiful sky perfected with gorgeous clouds. I could roll or wrap myself in their tapestry. Enjoy my Eric's work of art!

"I saw two clouds at morning Tinged by the rising sun, And in the dawn they floated on And mingled into one."~John Gardiner Calkins Brainard

The first two: The sunrise taken from my kitchen window.

Post Script:

I would like to say Thank You to all who had left comments in my previous Skywatch Friday inspite of my absence. The wedding was beautiful but being the Mother of the Bride, I was not privileged to do anything. My Eric was not being helpful. He did not want me to take pictures. So am still waiting for my friends to send me the picture files so that I can share them with you. I did enjoy the day having to wear two titles: Mother of the Bride and Mother-in-Law. I love both.

Thank you also for the best wishes for my daughter's wedding. Much appreciated.

I still have to blog the event as I was not given much chance to really write my heart away.

Yes, I finally blogged it but still needs trimming and polishing. In short, Editing. It's only a rough draft. It's there!

Again, my heartfelt appreciation to all. Love You all. Blessings!
