One of those awesome view taken in Taupo Bungy Jumping site. That river down below is called Waikato River.
The wooden railing is actually a part of a cantilever bungy platform which projects out from the spectacular pink and white cliffs of "Hell's Gate". Hell's Gate is 46 meters above the deep crystal clear waters of the Waikato River.
